Coiled-coil Accommodation Index analysis
This program analyses imperfections in coiled-coil structures via the "accommodation index" (AI) parameter. AI enables the detection and classification of disruptions in the ideal coiled-coil geometry, also identifying the "accommodation length" over which the perturbation is integrated [1].
